Hello, my name is Michael. I have been playing guitar and studying music theory for over 15 years. It is my goal to teach fellow music enthusiasts how to play their favorite songs and give students the music theory knowledge necessary to create their own music. I specialize in teaching beginner and intermediate level students of all ages.

How It Works

During the initial consultation, each student's playing difficulty level and musical interests are assessed so that a customized lesson plan can be constructed. I take a highly organized approach to teaching so that students are aware of exactly what they will be working on before their lesson, and are able to pick content that they are actually interested in learning. I provide every student with individualized media to play along to after their lesson to make practicing that much more effective. I even offer virtual lessons, so that learning the guitar can be as accessible as possible for those interested in private instruction.
